Judy Green, CEO of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, today announced that The Schemmel Property Group has been named the firm’s top-producing sales team in Sarasota and Manatee Counties in 2012 achieving total closed sales of $26.3 million, with two significant sales closing at the end of the year. In November, the team closed on their listing at 1716 Casey Key Road, for $2.925 million. The team also brought the buyer to the property on 1368 Harbor Drive, which closed in December for $3 million.
