COVELLI DEVELOPMENT GROUP wins an AURORA Award for Interior Detailing

The Kingston model in Estuary at Grey Oaks takes home the prize

Covelli Development Group announced they took home a prestigious AURORA award during the annual industry gala held at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida on July 13, 2013. The Kingston, located in Estuary at Grey Oaks, won for interior detailing in the over $2,000,001 category.

Now in its 34th year, the AURORA Awards program is affiliated with the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC), one of two regional trade shows recognized by and affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Featuring classic West-Indies-style design, the Kingston was completed in March 2013 and sold just days later. The 9,420-square-foot home listed for $6,995,000 and includes six bedrooms, six full baths, and two powder rooms.  Wide-plank walnut wood floors and a neutral color scheme throughout the main living area and loft created a clean transitional design. The AURORA Awards are presented to builders, developers, architects, planners, interior merchandisers, landscape architects and other disciplines actively involved in projects in a 12-state southeastern region plus the Caribbean who have demonstrated excellence in building and design.
