Premier Sotheby’s International Realty Expands Rentals Program into St. Armand’s and Longboat Key

SARASOTA, Fla. (June 9, 2016) — Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has officially expanded its rental and property management programs with the addition of Loretta Bauman and Stephanie Deshaies to its St. Armand’s office located at 540 John Ringling Boulevard. The brokerage’s rentals division has operated in Naples since the early 1990s and in Sarasota since 2015.
Both associates came from a local competitor, where they worked for almost nine years in property management on St. Armand’s Circle. Bauman moved to Florida in 1997 after a 17-year career on Wall Street, and Sarasota and the Barrier Islands have become the core of her business, having managed exclusive properties in the area since 2008. Deshaies has spent 12 years in real estate, in both sales and property management, before which she worked in restaurant management for many years.
“I am very delighted to have this experienced team as a part of our effort to better serve our offices and associates in the region,” Scott Dougherty, director of the company’s rental division, said. “Their work in St. Armand’s and Longboat key will help us strengthen our expansion on the islands, as well as serve the mainland.”
“We are proud to be expanding our rental and property management program, as it is an important step in the continued service to our customers,” Judy Green, president and CEO of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, said. “Our goal is not only to unite homeowners with seasonal or annual renters, but also to offer them peace of mind that the management of their rental property is being taken care of as well.”
Headquartered in Naples, Florida, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has over 900 associates and employees in 36 locations throughout Florida and North Carolina. In 2016, the annual Real Trends 500 survey ranked the firm number 30 in its survey of the top U.S. residential sellers by volume, the highest ranking for a Florida-based brokerage. Premier Sotheby's International Realty also benefits from an association with the storied Sotheby's auction house, established in 1744. For more information, visit
