Caroline Boland Appointed Managing Broker of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Sanibel and Captiva Offices
SANIBEL, Fla. (Jan. 12, 2017) – Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the appointment of Caroline Boland to its leadership team as managing broker of the firm’s Sanibel, Florida, office located at 2341 Palm Ridge Road and its Captiva, Florida, office located at 11508 Andy Rosse Lane.
An Indiana native, Boland has unique family ties to a Sanibel business dating back more than 30 years. Prior to owning and operating an independent brokerage based in Fort Myers, Florida, Boland held executive positions in the reinsurance industry.
Boland holds a Real Estate instructor license and is a master instructor. She is also an accomplished public speaker and educator and a licensed broker in Florida holding the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation.
