Premier Sotheby’s International Realty Closes Record St. Cloud Sale for $4.25 Million

ORLANDO, Fla. (June 29, 2017) – Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, Central and Southwest Florida’s leading luxury real estate firm, announced today that sales associates Dan Natoli and Carolyn Burgiel, represented the sale of a $4.25 million lakefront residence in St. Cloud. The transaction, which closed on June 2, represents the largest residential sale, on record, in St. Cloud and one of the largest residential estate sales in Osceola County history.

Built in 2007, the nearly 9,000 square foot Spanish Mediterranean-style family estate was creatively designed and meticulously built to be in perfect harmony with its surroundings, combining natural elements such as river rock and stone imported from private quarries in Mexico with a unique resort-like lake front setting. Zebras, as well as other exotic animals once roamed on the picturesque 22 acres property along Lake Lizzie, contributing to the unique character of the setting. Modern amenities also include a tropical pool, splash pad, waterfall, slide, bridge and a 2,200 square foot guest house retreat.

“This was an impressive and unique property which required the distinctive marketing skill and expertise available at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty”, said Paul Fedynich, Managing Broker at the Southwest Orlando/Dr. Phillips office.  “Dan and Carolyn used their experience and commitment to find a solution that met the seller’s requirements and addressed the issues specific to the current market.”
