Sheldon Paley specializes in representing buyers and sellers of luxury waterfront properties. He is a multi-million dollar top producer at Signature Premier Sotheby's Realty Company. Sheldon is directly involved with the Sotheby's affiliate in Toronto, Canada, promoting sales in the Sarasota area.

He is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), has a Resort and Second Home Certification, a Transnational Referral Certification (TRC), and is a member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

Paley owned and sold eight dental practices within the State of Ohio. He operated and directed five practices simultaneously, selling each one for maximum profit; the last practice sold in the top two percent of single practices in Ohio.

Sheldon also administered the start-up and operation of a wholesale Pressure Sensitive Tape and Packaging company. He handled purchasing from several manufacturers throughout the world, and through marketing to international and national companies (i.e. UPS and Mayflower) the Tape and Packaging Company became the third largest in the United States.

Sheldon was an undergraduate at The Ohio State University, obtained a Graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a post-graduate certification from Harvard University. He is a volunteer at the Senior Friendship Center and Meals on Wheels, a past president of his Homeowners Association, and a Vice-President at Temple Beth Israel. Sheldon was voted one of ten Outstanding Citizens in Ohio, as well as Outstanding Citizen by the Reynoldsburg, Ohio Chamber of Commerce. He appeared in Whos Who in America, and was a Fellow of the International Society of Implantology. Sheldon has resided on Longboat Key for nineteen years. He is married and has five children.
