Mr. Zaback graduated from Niagara University with a degree in Business. Following graduation he joined with his father in owning and operating Zaback Funeral Home until, after 30 years in the business, he sold it in 1993. While living on the coast of Lake Erie, he and his family enjoyed boating and enjoying the walks on the beach as time allowed. He was and is still an avid golfer and continues to have a single digit handicap. While living in Ohio he was active in the United Way, Boy Scouts, and Civic Development Corp.

Since relocating to Florida he enjoys spending time with his wife; Patricia as well as visiting with his children and grandchildren. The beautiful beaches of Sarasota are frequented by Pat and Jerry as they enjoy evening walks and watching the magnificent sunsets. The water was key to the Zaback's as they searched for a new place to call "home". After arriving in Sarasota they found Laurel Oak Country club and joined in 1966.

His knowledge of the Sarasota community has helped him find the perfect home for his customers. He has sold homes in golf communities, on the gulf and everywhere in between. His slogan NO ONE WILL WORK HARDER FOR YOU THAN I WILL is more than words; it's his way of life.
