Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, Deborah moved to Southwest Florida in 1985. She has worked in real estate either in Lee or Collier counties 28 of those 31 years and is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors®.
She has worked both as a general agent in Old Naples on 5th Avenue and in Sanibel and Captiva.
Most of the 28 years has been spent in the startup and development of master-planned communities, both in Lee and Collier counties.
Deborah's on-site community experience includes Pelican Landing; Pelican Landing and The Colony; Shadow Wood at The Brooks; High Point Place The River District, Fort Myers, in preconstruction; The High Rises of Bonita Bay for The Lutgert Companies; Tavira and Esperia new construction to build out.
More recently, Deborah has been part of the startup of Seaglass.
Seaglass was one of the first high-rise buildings to be sold in new construction in Lee or Collier counties in over 10 years.
Deborah is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and has been a sales leader in each working environment she entered, earning numerous awards.
It is Deborah's goal to recreate and redefine her real estate career into that of a luxury high-rise specialist for Southwest Florida. Achieving that goal is possible through the international brand of Sotheby's International Realty® with creative marketing and social marketing platforms, of which includes a book currently being written.
Outside of real estate, Deborah loves the outdoors. She has been an activist for clean water with the SWFL Clean Water Movement since 2004.
She also enjoys paddle boarding, kayaking and encouraging others. She coaches women one on one through education in spirituality and the law of attraction. Deborah also facilitates and performs wedding ceremonies.
