Focus, determination, and perseverance were traits Toi learned from her early years as a competitive swimmer in the state of Florida, where she was born and raised.

Toi's background, which is as diverse as her abilities, provides the basis for her exceptional and valued customer service. She is mindful of the customer's needs and objectives, providing meticulous analysis of market conditions, and offering the personal touch that lasts beyond the transaction. Toi stands out as a skilled negotiator, with honest values and integrity as her cornerstones. Because of her knowledge of country club / golf communities and waterfront living, she has particular insight that is beneficial for either a buyer or seller.

A Vanderbilt University graduate, Toi learned her family's general construction business, enjoyed a successful career with Eli Lilly and Company, and broadened her education by passing the CPA exam. Toi's knowledge of construction, communication skills, and financial acumen successfully steered her into real estate development and investment. Most recently, to enhance her real estate knowledge, Toi earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation.

Passion for the community led Toi to serve as Vice President of the Library Board of Trustees, as president of numerous organizations, and as a Charleston County Councilwoman. In recognition for her many years of devoted service, the Toi Estes Park was named in her honor. Her husband, Sandy Estes, a Tampa native, is a practicing physician.
