With an average sales price of $748,737, it also ranked No. 13 among the top 50 firms by average home sales prices.

Wesley recently represented the buyer and seller in the sale of a $2.425 million Port Charlotte waterfront estate at 5000 Marina Drive. This transaction, which closed on May 1, represents the largest residential sale in Charlotte County since November 2012.
