Judy Green, President and CEO of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, today announced that sales associate Jane Rees has been awarded the Resort and Second Home Specialist (RSPS) Certification.
The RSPS Certification is a nationally-recognized certification awarded by the National Association of REALTORS® to real estate professionals who specialize in buying, selling, or managing second homes in a resort, recreational, and/or vacation destination and properties for investment, development, or retirement.
An associate at the Plaza at Five Points office in downtown Sarasota, Rees has been a Licensed Real Estate associate since 1993 and later qualified as a Broker in 2000. Prior to her real estate career, she was a teacher for 20 years, during which she was a Vice Principal of an Elementary School in the United Kingdom for 11 years. As a Certified International Property Specialist, Rees is able to walk her clients through the process of purchasing a property with ease from immigration, currency exchange, mortgages, and taxation. She has made many international connections and, in particular, with her native country of Great Britain. “We are delighted that Jane has earned this prestigious certification. It serves as a true testament to her in-depth market knowledge and will be an added benefit to her clients,” said Michelle Burke-Phillips, managing broker of the Plaza at Five Points office.
