Originally a native of Connecticut, JoAnne moved to Florida's West Coast in 1983. She is now a longtime resident of Manatee County. JoAnne turned to Real Estate in March 2003 with a strong administrative and financial background after having spent 15 years working with Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. and Raymond James & Associates consecutively. To date, she still holds an active Series 7 license. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Sarasota and Mid Florida Regional Board of Realtors.

She started her Real Estate career with The Greiner Group at Wagner Realty in April 2003, and quickly excelled in sales, earning the Executive Circle award in her first 6 months in the business. In 2004, she was given the opportunity to assist in sales on a condo conversion development project successfully selling over 100 condo units in less than 8 months with three other partners.
