Paul Clark, like many Sarasotan's, chose this fabulous area after having lived in other parts of the country. His life began in Ohio, then to New Jersey, and next Colorado for college. After graduation, Paul spent several years in Vail as a general contractor building condominiums, then to Casey Key where his family had settled.

Paul spent 8 years running a successful cabinetry company in Sarasota before selling it to join his family's property management company. Paul served as President of that company for 15 years and then was enticed to build again with the esteemed ML Collingwood organization, this time high-end, custom, luxury homes.

In 2003 Paul considered the idea of early retirement only to find that his wife, Carol, had other ideas for him. Her real estate career had reached lofty heights and required that she have a partner in the business. Paul earned his real estate license and the partnership began.Paul and Carol make a dynamic team and are loved by their clients for their down-to-earth personalities and the old-fashioned work ethic that they bring to their business.
