A waterfront estate at 1829 South Inlet Drive on Marco Island has sold for $11,900,000, marking the highest sale on Marco Island year to date and the fourth-highest sale ever recorded on the island. The property was represented by Jim Prange and Nikki Prange-Carroll, global real estate advisors with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Marco Island office.
Jim and Nikki Prange continue to lead the luxury segment on Marco Island, having represented 13 sales above $7 million, nearly double that of their closest competitors. Regarding high-end waterfront lot sales, the team has recorded over half of the sales in the $4.5 million+ range, further reinforcing their position in the luxury market. The Pranges have previously sold the two most expensive waterfront lots on Marco Island, $11 million and $10,749,000 million.
“This sale reflects the continued demand we are seeing at the top of the market on Marco Island,” said Jim and Nikki Prange, global real estate advisors with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. “Well-positioned waterfront properties continue to attract buyers, and with limited inventory available, we are seeing strong activity and pricing at this level.”
Located within the Estate section of Marco Island, the residence was built in 2020 and spans more than 7,200 square feet of air-conditioned living space. The home features six bedrooms, eight-and-a-half baths, a private study and a theater room, with expansive living areas oriented toward panoramic views of Caxambas Pass and the Gulf of Mexico.
The property sits on approximately half an acre with 125 feet of direct waterfront, offering a private deep-water dock with two slips and lifts for watercraft, providing immediate access to the Gulf and the Ten Thousand Islands. Outdoor living includes a resort-style pool and spa, multiple seating areas and a fully equipped summer kitchen designed for entertainment.
“This sale reflects both the strength of the luxury market and the importance of local expertise,” said Jackie Thiel, president of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. “Advisors like Jim and Nikki Prange continue to set the pace in the Marco Island market.”
