With over 40 years of experience building successful real estate companies, Budge Huskey is a recognized leader within the industry in both brokerage and franchising. As CEO of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, a leading affiliate in the Sotheby’s International Realty® global network, he oversees the company’s 40 offices and 1,200 sales professionals in Florida and North Carolina and led the firm in achieving US$7.6 billion in total sales volume in 2025.

Prior to his current role, he was the President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC. directing the global franchise organization. In 2015, Budge was ranked #10 among residential real estate’s 200 most powerful people in the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) and regularly appears on Inman’s list of the industry’s most influential. Over the years, Budge has served the industry through the National Association of REALTOR® including, most recently, as a member of the Executive Committee for 2020-2021. In addition to his capacity as leader of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, Budge was also appointed Vice Chair of Peerage Realty Partners in 2022.

Jackie Thiel serves as President of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of more than 1,200 global real estate advisors across Florida and North Carolina. With over 30 years of experience, Jackie is known for fostering advisor growth and delivering exceptional service in luxury real estate. Prior to joining Premier Sotheby’s, she served as President of Long & Foster Real Estate, managing 200 offices and 9,000 agents, with a focus on operational efficiency and strategic growth.
