A top-producing professional REALTOR®, Andy Holland has been serving the needs of buyers and sellers in Central Florida for over 38 years. Specializing in residential sales and management from starter homes to estates, he has been involved in residential construction development sales with Parkland Homes, a luxury home builder in Winter Park and Maitland communities. Andy has also worked in commercial management and sales and is affiliated with the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, Mid-Florida Regional MLS, Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. An agent since 1986, he returned after a successful sales career with a multinational company covering a vast area of Florida.
Raised in Greenwich, Connecticut, Andy attended Rollins College in Winter Park, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and met his wife, Mudgie. Happily married for 40 years, they have raised two children together. Their son, Crane, graduated from Florida State University and the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College with an MBA. He is currently a commercial banker with United Community Bank, and his wife Jessie is a PA for a dermatologist in Orlando, where they are raising their three girls. Andy's daughter Hope is a graduate of Auburn University and has worked at FOX News as a booker and producer in the New York City affiliate. She was also employed by ClassPass, an organization involved in the fitness industry, and has recently retired from startup Block Renovation to become a full-time mom for her three children. Her husband Reed is a wealth manager at UBS in New York City. Recently, they moved to Darien, Connecticut.
After attending Rollins College, where he played soccer, Andy coached youth soccer for 14 years and was an advisor to the Winter Park High School soccer team. Passionate about giving back to the community, he actively serves on the board for the Winter Park/Maitland affiliate for Habitat for Humanity and is active with St. Margaret Mary Church. When time permits, Andy enjoys walking, golfing and travel and playing with his grandchildren.
