His work often involves off-market opportunities, private negotiations, and complex assets where pricing precision, confidentiality, and timing materially affect outcomes.
Matthew most recently served as broker-in-charge for The Regent at Eastover, Charlotte's most expensive and architecturally significant condominium development to date. In this role, he guided the project from market positioning through sellout, helping achieve nearly $100 million in total sales and setting a new benchmark for luxury condominium living in the city.
Earlier in his career, Matthew served as sales and marketing manager for a regional homebuilder, overseeing land acquisition support, custom and production home design, pricing strategy, and a multi-community sales operation. Under his leadership, annual sales more than doubled, providing him with a builder-level understanding of construction costs, absorption strategy, and buyer behavior - insight that continues to inform his advisory approach today.
